After a not-so-amazing start on the night we arrived, we quickly fell in love with this city. The fact that Mala can speak the language helped making those first lines with the locals. They seemed to be just too interested in us, where we one from (that took some moments to explain exactly in our Israeli-French background), are we married (that was easier though we decided at some point to answer "YES" as it made life much easier), and also - How do we manage to kiss each other with such height differences? (I guess they meant kiss as well as other things, but we answered the kissing part only). So, with bad start, and plenty of bad comments about Vietnam from almost all tourists we met before getting there, we soon became big fans of this country and its people.
