Christchurch is a very pastoral city. Created in the best manner of an English town, it probably preserve much of the character of those town long ago lost in England. The tidy clean street, the beautiful Cathedral, all carefully placed in an orderly manner. I enjoyed strolling around the streets in the center, without any specific target, watching the chess players, the tourists, the preachers for the new church and the lively relax tempo of this lovely city.
