3,962 dead soldiers in Iraq

On Santa Barbara beach we saw some Democrats protesting against the Iraq War. 3,962 American soldiers died until that day in Iraq. 10,000 more were "only" injured, or died in the US after evacuated live from Iraq and so they are NOT part of the official statistics.
Just like in Israel, people protesting against actions of the army are perceived by many as traitors. Until finally, many thousands dead later, they actually manage to change the futile policy of their government.

Maybe 3,962 is just not enough dead people to make the change yet.
