The many beaches of the Philippines are one of its most celebrated tourist attractions. So, we headed to one of them to enjoy the sand, the sun and have some nice dives.
The dives were pretty nice (but not much more than that). The beaches were even less tghan nice. Althought the pothential is there, it is somehow missed. It was not really nice to stay in the beaches, and especially not to realize that every second women in any of he places we went to eat, sit and enjoy our time, is a working women. I guess this is not hapenning by chance. It is probably because of many of us, the tourists, that arrive for sex-tourism, that all those women, and girls, are hanging around every werstener, offering their services. But the sad and simple truth is that if you are a "normal" backpacker, that is basically interested in exploring places and cultures, rather than women-around-the-world, you will probably be better off touring any other South-East Asian country and not stop at the Philippines.
