The Rice fields of North Philippines are really something special. Even if you saw 1,000 rice fields all over Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar, these ones here are still special. Here in the north the mountains are extremely steep and the terraces for the rice fields are pushed to their limits. Some terraces are 5 meters high. Its really scary to walk along the edge, knowing that if you fall, you may really hurt yourself. So, as much as we already seen rice fields, I am happy we paid a visit to these ones too.For more pictures from Philippines, click here.
