The second day started a bit differently from Day 1. First, out butts really soared from the 9 hours drive the day before. Second, we decided to be really brave and wake up BEFORE sunrise, to take some amazing sunrise pictures in the rice fields. However, the weather was so cloudy (and soon after even more so rainy) that apart of some good "I'm singing in the rain" pictures that Mala took, the wet dream of amazing sunrise pictures had to wait for another opportunity. We saw more, many more, peasants working at their rice fields, but towards the end of the day we had a very nice surprise. (see next item)

Biking North Vietnam - 2
